应用锁骨钩治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折

Treatment of Distal Clavicular Fracture and Acromioclavicular Dislocation Using the Clavicular Hookplate

目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效.方法:分析自2001年1月至2002年12月用锁骨钩治疗肩锁关节脱位(ToosyⅢ型)24例和锁骨远端骨折(NeerⅡ型)8例的疗效.结果:32例患者均获得随访,随访时间2～36月,平均2.5月骨折全部愈合,复位关节无再脱位.结论:锁骨钩治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折具有固定牢固,不破坏关节面,关节功能恢复快等优点.

Objective：To study curative effect of surgical treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation using the clavicular hookplate（CHP）. Methods： Eight cases of distal clavicular fracture and 24 cases of acromioclavicular dislocations were treated with CHP. Resuits： Thirty-two cases had been followed up for 2-36 months（average 2.5 months） and：all the fratures were heald and no redislocation was observed. The therapeutic efficacy of 31 cases was excellent and that of 1 case satisfactory according to the lazzcano standard. Conclusion： CHP shows the advantage of rigid fixation . noinvasion into article surface and recovered quickly.
