摘要
本文采用着色法探讨了干、湿粮在混合过程中的水份传递规律.用单因素试验的方法.建立了干、湿粮水价变化规律在原始水份.混合粮受热温度、混合比等不同条件下,随时间的变化规律.并对这些规律进行了分析、得出了水分变化量的平衡计算公式.揭示了干湿相混合方法解决高水份粮烘干问题的内在机理。
Using the colouring method,the regulation of moisture transmission in dried-wet grain during the mixing was inquired. The regulations of moisture changing with time under the different conditions of original moisture,the temperature of the mixed grain affected by the heat. the mixture proportion etc have been established.And aftel analysed these regulations. the equilibrium calculating formula of the moisture changing amount was obtained. The internal mechanism that using the dried-wet grain mixture drying method to dry the high moisture content grain was revealed.
