三氧化二砷上调Maspin表达的初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Expression of Maspin Up-Regulated by Arsenic Trioxide

目的对三氧化二砷(As2O3)作用人食管癌细胞株Ec109前后Maspin蛋白的表达进行比较研究。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测As2O3处理Ec109前后Maspin蛋白的表达。结果未经As2O3处理的Ec109细胞Maspin蛋白表达水平较低(9.74%),经As2O3作用后Ec109细胞Maspin蛋白表达水平增加(23.16%),两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论As2O3抗肿瘤作用可能与上调maspin表达有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Maspin in human esophageal carcinoma cell line Ee109 was treated with As2O3 or not. Methods The expression of Maspin was analyzed with immunohistoehemical staining, Results The positive immunostaining rate was 9,74% in Ec109 cell was not treated with As2O3, The positive immunostaining rate was 23,16 % in Ec109 cell was treated with As2O3. There was a statistically significant association between the two groups. Conclusions It is tentatively proved that the antineoplastic action of As2O3 may be related to the up-regula- tion of maspin.
