健泽联合顺铂治疗老年晚期NSCLC临床观察

Combination Chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Old Age Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.

目的观察健泽(GEM)联合顺铂(DDP)组成的GP方案治疗老年晚期NSCLC的近期疗效及毒副反应.方法应用健泽(1000mg/m2静脉滴注第1、8天)加顺铂(25mg/m2静脉滴注第1～3天)治疗NSCLC 32例.结果CR 1例,PR 16例,SD11例,PD 4例,总有效率53.1%,临床受益率达71.9%.主要毒副反应为白细胞、血小板减少、恶心呕吐,其中Ⅱ～Ⅲ度白细胞减少53.1%,Ⅲ～Ⅳ度血小板减少6.25%,Ⅱ～Ⅲ度恶心呕吐25%.结论健泽联合顺铂治疗老年晚期NSCLC是一高效低毒的方案,值得进一步研究.

Objective To observe the recent efficacy, toxicity and side effects of the combination with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin in the treatment of old advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods GEM （1000mg/m^2 dl,s） and DDP （25mg/m^2 d1-3） were administrated every 3 weeks for 32 patients with old advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Treatment was repeated for two cycles. Results Object response rates were obtained in all patients. The overall response rate was 53.1% with 1 complete response （CR） and 16 partial responses （PR）, clinical benefit rate was 71.9%. Grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ leucopenia was occurred in 53.1% patients, there was no grade 4 leucopenia, grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ thrombocytopenia was 6.25 %, grade Ⅱ - Ⅲ nausea and vomiting were 25%. Conclusion GEM plus DDP is active and tolerable in treatment of old age advanced non-small cell lung cancer, it should be warranted for further study.
