摘要
本文叙述了硒的营养学功能，硒的来源以及硒在反刍动物日粮中应用的现状，比较了有机硒和无机硒的特点，最后对在反刍动物日粮中应用硒的注意事项做了强调。
The nutritional function, origin of selenium and its applications in ruminant diet formulation were reviewed, and the characteristics of organic and inorganic selenium were compared to emphasize the important points in the ruminant production.
