Globalization: Yunnan Modern Distance Education for Development——A Study on the Design of Instructional Environment of Yunnan Modern Distance Education

在全球化浪潮风起云涌的今天,全球化对社会、政治、经济、文化和意识形态都产生了重要影响,在全球化影响不断加强的背景下,教育已经突破一国的范围,应该从全球的角度参照各类教育的教育理念、教育内容和教学方法等,使学生树立全球学习观。地处西南边陲的云南省应根据自身特殊情况,建设“天网、地网、人网”的三网建设,依托云南广播电视大学25年构建的平台,发展云南的现代远程教育,以适应全球化教育发展的需要。

In the current wide- spread and fast- changing tide of globalization, the globalization has brought a great influence on society, politics, economy, culture and ideology. With the more rely on the influence of globalization, education has broken through the range of one country. Educational ideas, content, teaching methods of various learning should be taken into consideration in terms of the globalization to make learners to establish global leaning ideas. Yunnan province, located in the southwest of China, should comtmct the ＂three nets＂, -satellite, computer and people net according to its own particularity by relying on the platform set up by the 25 - year＇ s development of Yunnan Radio ＆ TV University to develop Yunnan modem distance education so as to meet the needs of global educational development.
