摘要
目的了解大学低年级学生生活质量的特点和规律,为制定健康促进策略提供依据。方法采用自制生活质量问卷,对宁波大学低年级大学生812名进行生活质量调查。结果男生在生理和环境维度的生活质量得分显著高于女生。男生的生活质量总分主要受性问题、社交能力、交通环境、食欲等因素的客观状态及其主观满意程度的影响;女生的生活质量总分主要受性问题、食欲、经济条件、家庭对学习的影响等因素的影响。结论男女大学生的生活质量存在不同特点,应进行针对性干预。
Objective To know the rides and characteristics of life quality among lower grade undergraduates, and to provide evidence for health improvement strategies. Methods Life quality of 812 lower grade undergraduates in Ningho University were tested with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Scores of physiology and environment were significantly higher in male students. The influencing factors of total score for male were sex problems, communication ability,traffic condition and appetite, and those for female were sex problems, appetite, economic condition and effects of family on study. Conclusion Intervention measures of life quality should be implemented according to the gender differences among undergraduates.
