摘要
本文论述了美国陆军战术Ｃ３Ｉ系统的形成、发展及其趋势，以及Ｃ３Ｉ系统在未来战争中的地位和作用。同时追踪美军近年兴起的“军事技术革命”的前沿，对２１世纪的美国陆军“数字化部队”和士兵Ｃ３Ｉ系统进行了描述和预测，以及对未来的作战理论、战略战术将产生的重大影响。
This paper gives a brief account of the formation, development and tendency of the tactics of the C3I system of the US army and discusses its role in future war. It also traces the frontier of the recent revolution in military technology, describes thed Digital Army″ and Soldier C3I system of the US army and predicts their effect on the war theory, the strategy and tactics in the future. The purpose of this paper is to draw attention to new trends in foreign armed forces so that preparations can be made to face possible challenges.
