摘要
却勒储层属于碎屑岩孔隙型,储层胶结差,易造成井壁不稳定,所采用的钻井液其井底液柱压力必须大于地层孔隙压力才能保持井壁稳定。由于在储层钻井时形成了高压差,为了保证正常钻井,并减少储层伤害,确定合适的高压差钻井液体系是很有必要的。通过研究,在聚磺钾基钻井液体系的基础上,对高分子量聚合物增粘剂、降滤失剂、加重剂进行了优选试验,确定出适合却勒储层的聚磺氯化钾钻井液配方。对所确定的钻井液进行抗温性评价和岩心抗污染试验表明,该钻井液具有较好的抗高温能力和屏蔽暂堵功能,能够满足却勒地区高压差条件下对钻井液的要求。
The clastic and porous reservoir of Quele was a incompetent formation and wellbore instability frequently occurred. The fluid column pressure at downhole had to be higher than the pressure of formation pore. It is indispensable for drilling with accident free and formation damage control to determine a drilling fluid in accordance with high differential pressure generated when drilling in reservoirs. Based on the polysulfonite potassium based drilling fluid, polymer based viscosifier with HMW, filtration reducer, weighting agent were examined respectively and the optimum fluid formulation matching Quele reservoir was determined. The temperature tolerance and contamination resistance were evaluated. Results showed that this drilling fluid had a better high temperature resistance and an ideal shielding temporatory plugging effect and can meet the need of high differential pressure of Quele reservoirs.
