摘要
J HMD-Ⅰ新型智能高温高压动态损害失水仪属石油勘探开发实验仪器。该失水仪由泥浆泵、液体罐、端面动态剪切循环的岩心夹持器、流量计、电子天平、压力源、压力传感器、温度传感器、围压泵、回压控制器、加热系统、数据采集与处理系统等部分组成。HMD-Ⅰ新型智能高温高压动态损害失水仪可以在模拟地层温度、压力、环形空间钻井液上返速度的条件下,使用高温高压泥浆泵,通过管道在岩心端面形成剪切速率对地层岩心进行动态污染,测量岩心受入井流体的动态剪切损害,克服了国内目前使用的模拟钻井动失水仪采用磁力藕合模拟法的缺点。结合岩心流动实验仪或者岩心多段渗透率梯度仪就可以评价出岩心各段受入井流体损害的深度和程度,从而优选出满足保护油气层需要的钻井液与完井液体系。
JHMD-Ⅱ intelligent dynamic damage filtration instrument is a new experimental apparatus for petroleum exploration and development. This instrument is composed of mud pump, liquid pot, end face dynamic shearing and circulating core holder, flowmeter, electronic balance, pressure source, pressure transducer, temperature transducer, confinement pressure pump, back pressure regulator, heating system and data acquisition and interpretation system. HMD-I can test the dynamic shearing damage of the core caused by drilling and completion fluids directly under the conditions of the simulating reservoir temperature and pressure and also drilling fluid uphole velocity in the annulus space, and overcomes the difficulties induced by drilling fluid leaking into the lubricating balance unit when the home conventional simulating dynamic filtration instrument is pressurized by the magnetic stirring apparatus. Coupled with the core flow testing apparatus and the core multipoint permeability gradient meter, the damage depth and level of the core caused by the fluid can be determined, thereby the optimized drilling and completion fluids that meet the requirements of reservoir protection can be selected.
