摘要
井楼稠油特殊区块地质情况复杂,完钻井深一般在400 m左右,在上部的90~120 m井段蕴藏着丰厚的天然气资源,设计封固层位压力相对较高,钻进中经常发生溢流、井涌,受上部地层破裂压力低的影响,该区块压井、固井过程中又经常发生井漏.针对该区块的地质情况,通过优选新型低温降失水剂以及对稠油浅井防涌、防漏措施的研究,确保了该区块固井质量一次合格率达到97%.
The special heavy crude block in Jinglou have a complicated geological feature and a common total depth of 400 m, and have a rich natural gas potential in the upper formation of 90~120 m. The productive interval designed had a relative higher pressure and overflow and kick frequently occurred in drilling process, as well as loss circulation in killing and cementing process for this block. On the basis of the geological condition, the cementing quality was improved with a primary qualification rate of 97% by optimizing new filtrate reducer for low temperature and studying on kick control and leak resistance in heavy crude shallow well.
