本文的主要内容是WG公司的薪酬体系设计。通过对WG公司原有薪酬体系中存在问题的剖析,阐述了薪酬体系设计的过程,论证了薪酬管理的重要作用。
The main idea of text is salary system design of Inc. WG. The text is analyzing the problems of the old salary of WG, and totally expounding the process of the design, it proves how important that salary management affects the development of the enterprise.
