社会主义市场经济改革的深化和高等教育的快速发展,对高校人事管理提出了新的要求。本文探讨了人事管理制度创新和管理方法创新,而贯彻先进管理理念、不断提高人事管理队伍素质是创新成功的保证。
With the promotion of economic reform of socialist market and fast development of higher education, new demand have been put forward for university's personnel management. This text probes into system innovation and method innovation of personnel managing. It is the successful assurance to carry out advanced managing theory and improve the quality of management team of the personnel constantly.
