“稳定压倒一切”,政治稳定更是我国现代化建设的前提条件。政治稳定思想是邓小平理论最为重要的内容之一。本文就邓小平政治稳定思想的基本内涵、影响政治稳定的因素、政治稳定的实现途径、进行阐述,以加深邓小平政治稳定思想对我国改革开放和现代化建设事业指导意义的理解。

“stability surpassed everything”, and even political stability, which is the precondition of our modernization construction, is one of the most important parts of Deng Xiaoping＇ s theory. This paper is to expatiate on the basic connotations, factors influencing political stability, the approaches to achieve political stability , thus to strengthen the understanding the importance of political stability in China＇ s reform and opening and in the process of modernization construction.
