家蚕荧光茧色与解舒关系的研究

Study on the Reaction of Fluorescent Colours of Cocoon With Reelability

本试验以纯黄荧光茧色品种龙限Ａ、纯紫荧光茧色品种龙限Ｂ为材料，对家蚕荧光茧色与解舒的关系作了分析，发现蚕茧荧光分值与茧丝长、茧丝量、解舒率均呈正相关，与茧丝纤度、千米切断数均呈负相关。在Ｆ；中它们的相关系数分别为：０．９５０６９、０．９７０７５、０．９９９７４、－０．９３０８３、－０．９９６７８；在Ｆ２中它们的相关系数分别为：０．８３５７、０．７５１３、０．９７７１、－０．６１５１、－０．９９６６。

Using pure yellow and pure purple fluorescent cocoons, Long Xian A and Ling xiao B, as raw materials,this paper analyzes the relation of the fluorescent colour of silkworm cocoon with its reelability. The results show that the value of cocoon fluorescent colour has positive correlation with have length and weight, and unwinding ratio, but negative correlation with bave size and breaks per 1000 m. Their correlation coefficients in F1 and F2 are 0. 95069, 0. 97075, 0. 99974,-0. 93083, -0. 99678 and 0. 8357, 0. 7513, 0. 9771,-0. 6151,-0. 9966 respectively.
