摘要
51只健康中国本兔随机分为实验组和对照组.在相同的实验条件下,用植入血管和不植入血管的游离神经移植修复3cm长坐骨神经缺损.术后3,7,14天发现移植神经较快的再血管化.分别在术后第4,8,20周做神经电生理,组织形态学观察.神经电生理指标和再生轴索,经统计学分析显示实验组明显优于对照组(P值<0.01).结果表明:再血管化程度和良好血供能有效地促进周围神经的再生.
Fiftyonehealthyrabbitswererandomlydividedintotheexperimentalandthecontrolgroups.Underidenticalexperimentalconditions,freenervegraftswithandwithoutvascularbundleim-plantationwereusedtorepair3cmSciaticNervedefects.Rapidrevascularizationinthenervegraftswasobservedatthe3th,7thand14thdaysafteroperation.Theelectrophysiologicalandmorphometricstud-ieswerecariedoutatthe4th,8thand20thweeksaftertheoperation.Theelectrophysiologicalindexandregeneratingaxonsshowedstatisficalysignificantbeterresultsthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Thisstudysuggestedthat,thedegreeofvascularizationandsuficientbloodsupplydideffective-lypromotetheregenerationofperipheralnerve.
