摘要本文考察了新世纪以来美联储执行货币政策的操作特点,认为美联储的货币政策实施与执行有着突出的特点:重视经济走势的预测和判断、坚持以利率作为货币政策中介目标、根据经济走势的变动及时调整货币政策、改进货币政策的发布方式和政策透明度、提高货币政策的营销能力和沟通技巧。
