摘要
零售店铺的选址在零售管理中占有极其特殊而重要的地位,它对于零售企业的其他管理活动具有长期性、先行性和全面性的影响。通过对国外零售商应用的十种选址技术或模型的介绍,并对它们的各项特殊和要求进行综合比较,可发现不同零售企业对于各种选址技术的应用有很大差异。这种差异是多种因素共同作用的结果,这些因素既包括技术自身的一些特性,也包括应用主体相互之间的差别等等。
Location plays an important role in retail management, and this improtance has three manifestations. The paper is aim to introduce and to categorize ten location techniques or models that applied by foreign retailers, including some simple ones like“Rules of Thumb”and some more complex such as expert systems. The application of these techniques varied greatly in different retailers, according to a survey conducted in U.K. ,1998. The article described this varitation and made a brief analysis from some aspects.
