现场寿命数据分布类型识别方法的研究

Recognition methods for field life data's distribution type

在导弹某器件的储存、使用可靠性分析中,确定现场寿命数据分布类型是至关重要的。文章利用数理统计理论、灰色系统理论、模糊逻辑理论分别研究识别最佳寿命分布类型的方法,用实例说明了分析方法和分析过程。结果表明对数正态分布符合该器件的现场数据,同时说明了当前情况下运用单一方法确定最佳分布类型的不足,提出根据实际情况综合运用各种方法的必要性。

In the analysis to field life data of one device on a missile system, judging and affirming of the data distribution type is of great importance to the reliability analysis of the device. Statistical theory, grey system theory and fuzzy logic theory are used respectively in studies on recognition of field life data＇ s distributions, and the methods and procedures are introduced through an example. The result indicates that lognormal data distribution type is suitable for the data of the device and shows the necessity for synthetic methods used together under some conditions.
