Alkali Method of Disperse Dyeing (Ⅳ)

碱性染色助剂是适应分散染料碱性染色法而开发的一种专用助剂。它具有稳定染料、螯合金属离子和使染液pH值在某一范围内变化等作用,同时能改进精练效果,以及促进齐聚物溶解。市售的商品,按其在染色过程中pH值的变化,可分成两类;一类是pH值不变型,一类是pH值滑动型。所谓pH值不变型是指在染色前后的pH值变化幅度甚小;而pH值滑动型则是指染色前是碱性浴,至染色结束其染液pH值已基本接近中性。这两类碱性染色助剂在染色过程中的实例,如图6所示。

The traditional way to dye polyester with disperse dyes is in an acid hath. In this paper, the author introduced the dyeing process in a basic bath. With the development of alkali-stable disperse dyes and relative auxiliaries, especially the exploitation of Shin-Gosen ,the advantage of this process is recognized by the dyers increasingly . The advantage of this process is high efficiency,low cost and energy and time saving. The mechanism of this process, along with the related factors and dyeing technology,is interpreted.
