摘要
目的:观察显微镜下MTA(m ineral trioxide aggregate)再行治疗恒牙根部开放导致的牙髓根尖周炎的疗效。方法:选取转诊我院的根部开放合并根尖周炎、既往治疗失败的恒牙20例,在根管显微镜下用MTA严密封闭根部开放部位,形成屏障后行根管热牙胶充填,定期复诊观察。结果:所有病例在治疗后复诊期间无不适症状,原有窦道消失,牙龈恢复正常。6个月后X线片复查显示根部开放处MTA屏障封闭严密,原有根尖周稀疏区逐渐缩小。15个月后有9例患牙根尖稀疏区完全消失,呈骨性愈合。结论:MTA再行治疗根部开放恒牙的疗效确切,根管显微镜的应用使治疗更为方便和准确,提高根管再处理的成功率。
AIM:To ohserve and evaluate the effects of the retreatment of the mature teeth with open canal system by MTA( mineral trioxide aggregate) and the microscopic technique. METHODS: Twenty failure eases with open canal system referred to our hospital were retreated with MTA barrier and warm gutter percha after cleaning and shaping the canal system. The patients were called baek in a fixed schedule. RESULTS: All the eases had no clinic complain after retreatment and the sinus disappeared 1 month later. Radiograph demonstrated that all the MTA barrier in the open situation was sealed densely and the periapieal lesion was gradually healed 6 months later, nine eases lesions were completely healed with periapieal bone regeneration after 15 months. CONCLUSION: MTA is effective in the retreatment of the teeth with open canal system. And the dental operating microscope is a valuable tool in endodontic treatments.
