通过对丝纤维摩擦、硬挺、抗静电机理的分析，并在进行单因子试验的基础上，用二次回归正交设计，求出了使梳折最高的最优给湿液配方。这对提高产品质量，提高工厂经济效益具有现实意义。

Through analyses on friction, stiffness, anti--static mechanism of silk fibre and singleaifactorexperiment I a damping liquid recipe offering optimal tearage is obtained from an orthogonal design of quadratic regression, thus enhancing the product quality and economic benefit for enterprises.
