三氮烯离子缔合分光光度法测定水中的溴化十六烷基三甲铵 被引量:1

摘要 在TritonX-100存在下,于pH=12.5的缓冲溶液中,三氮烯试剂4,4'-对偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯(BBDAB)与阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)形成配位比为1:3的蓝紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为680nm,据此建立了测定CTMAB含量的分光光度法.线性范围为0~14.6 mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.76×104L/(mol·cm).该法用于合成水样中CTMAB的测定,灵敏度较高,重现性好,结果准确. Based on the reaction of 4,4'- biozobenediazoaminoazobene(BBDAB) with eetyltrimethylammonium bromide( CTMAB), spectrophotometric determination of cationic surfactant CTMAB was established. In buffer solution with pH of 12.5, BBDAB reacted with CTMAB to form a stable complex in the presence of Trition X - 100. The molar ratio of the complex was 1:3, and the maximum absorption wavelength was 680 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 - 14.6 mg/L. The apparent molar absorbaney index was 1.76 × 10^4L/( mol. cm). This method had high sensitivity and had been applied to the determination of CTMAB in the artificial water with accurate results.
