摘要
利用Pb(Ⅱ)-XO-CTMAB三元配合物显色体系测定铅,测定波长为560nm,配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为3.4×104L/(mol·cm),铅含量在0~30μg/(25 mL)内符合比耳定律.该方法操作简便,显色迅速、稳定,检测灵敏度、准确度高,可用于测定化妆品中的铅含量.
A new method was reported for the determination of lead( Ⅱ ) in cosmetics by the photometry of Pb( Ⅱ ) - XO - CTMAB. The apparent molar absorptivity was 3.4× 10^4 L/( mol.cm) at 560 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 30 μg/(25 mL) for Pb(Ⅱ ). The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
