中国绿色食品贸易中的信息障碍及其化解的制度安排

The Study of Incomplete Information of Green Food Trade and Countermeasure of Institutional Arrangement of China

本文在分析中国绿色食品贸易中的信息障碍及其特殊性的基础上,认为现有的矫正信息不对称的理论及措施尚难以化解这一障碍,若要化解这一障碍,必须另辟蹊径。我们认为,健全的效率导向型的信号发送机制有利于化解信息不全所致的信息障碍,重复博弈和阻遏性规制等适当的制度安排可激励、约束供给方的行为。只有这样,中国绿色食品贸易才能形成市场需求(消费者)、微观经济主体(生产者)和社会生态环境(管理者)三大目标之间的“激励兼容”,促进绿色食品贸易的可持续发展。

The authors think that the existing theory and measure of remedying the incomplete information cannot solve the incomplete information of green food trade, basing on the analyzing that speciality of China. So we should find other ways to solve that problem. The paper thinks that the signaling model improved efficiently will be of benefit to remedying the incomplete information, and the repeated games and the rules that can deter people from committing a crime will restrict the people＇s behavior. Therefore, there will be the incentive compatibility among the consumer and producer and governor, and the development of the green food trade will be continuable.
