Characteristics of sitological healthcare prescriptions in Jin - Yuan Dyansties

金元时期,具有民族特色的营养食疗方剂得到了丰富和发展。《饮膳正要》、《居家必用事类全集》中的食疗养生方剂有非常显著的特点,如:羊肉等羊品与香药等辛香药物配伍使用;保缝饮料中糖和香药调剂配伍;丰富的药膳剂型;药膳配伍理论的总结等。金元时期的营养食疗方剂在中国药膳营养方剂学的发展史上占有重要的位置。

Sitological healthcare prescriptions with national characteristics were enriched and developed during the Jin - Yuan Dynasties. Such prescriptions in Yin shah zheng yao （Essentials of Diets）, Jujia bi yong shi lei quan fi （ A Complete Book of Daily Necessity in A Family） are studied. It is found that such prescriptions are very specific, including the compounding of mutton and aromatics ; the compounding of aromatics with sugar in healthcare drinks; rich sitological drug forms; and the summary of sitological theory, etc. The nutritional sitological prescription of Jin - Yuan Dynasties occupies an important position in the development of history of Chinese sitology.
