摘要
本文利用VAR模型,系统地分析了政府预算外非税支出、购买支出、基建支出与经济增长的短期调整及长期均衡关系。通过分析我们认为政府预算外非税支出、政府购买支出对经济增长的长期影响为正,政府基建支出对经济增长无显著影响。
Using VAR model this paper investigates the existence of a long-run relationship between government non-tax revenue and economic growth, the mutual effects among non-tax revenue, government expenditure, public investment and GDP. The analysis indicates that the use of those revenue and the consumption expenditure by the government have a positive long-run effect over the economic growth while public investment does not bear perceivable effect.
