摘要
目的观察抗白念珠菌IgY对白念珠菌生长及体外黏附上皮细胞的影响。方法在含有不同浓度IgY的沙氏液体培养基中加入白念珠菌,37℃培养24h后,观察白念珠菌的生长现象;分离人口腔黏膜上皮细胞,用不同浓度IgY分别对上皮细胞和白念珠菌预处理后进行黏附抑制实验。结果加入IgY抗体后,白念珠菌的繁殖数量无明显变化,但生长过程中出现凝集现象,且随IgY浓度的升高而增加;口腔黏膜上皮细胞表面黏附的白念珠菌数目明显减少。结论IgY不影响白念珠菌的繁殖分裂,但可使其发生凝集,并能阻断其黏附上皮细胞,作用机制可能与IgY封闭白念珠菌的表面受体有关。
Objective : To study the effect of anti-candida albicans IgY on the growth and adherence of candida albicans to epithelium in vitro. Methods: After cultured with IgY of different concentrations at 37C for 24h,the growth of candida, albicans was observed; The human buccal epithelium cells were isolated and produced adherence inhibition experiment after pretreating candida, albicans and buccal epithelium cells with different cdncentrations of IgY. Results: The IgY did not inhibit the growth of candida, albicans,but the agglutination was occurred; The IgY could significantly decreased the number of candida albicans adhering to the surface of buccal epithelium cells. Conclusion: Anti-candida albicans IgY can inhibit adherence of candida albicans to epithelium cells and the mechanism may be involved with IgY blocking surface receptor of candida albicans.
