摘要
探讨捆扎式吻合法治疗低位直肠癌的实用性与安全性，回顾分析137例低位直肠癌用捆扎式吻合法行保肛手术临床资料。全组无手术死亡，吻合口漏2例（1．5％），吻合口出血4例（2．9％），吻合口狭窄7例（5．1％）。随访2～3年，局部复发5例（3．7％）。结果表明，捆扎式吻合法用于低位直肠癌保肛手术是安全可靠的。
In order to study the feasibility ＆ safety of transanal circular ligation anastomosis in the treatment of low rectal carcinoma, the clinical data of 137 such cases subjected to this surgical treatment were retrospectively analized. As results, there was no death due to operations; while anastomotic leakage occurred in 2 cases （1.5 %）, anastomotic bleeding occurred in 4 cases （2. 9 %）, anastomotic stricture occurred in 7 cases （5.1%）;and local recurrence was noticed in 5 cases （3. 7%） during postoperative follow-up for 2-3 years. It is suggested that circular ligation anastomosis applied for anus preservation in the treatment of low lectal carcinoma is safe and reliable.
