摘要 对酸性条件下钼酸钠(Na2MoO4)催化H2O2脱木素进行了研究,探讨了pH值、Na2MoO4用量、H2O2用量、处理温度、处理时间、浆浓等条件对脱木素效果的影响。结果表明,在酸性条件下采用Na2MoO4催化H2O2脱木素能够有效降低麦草浆的卡伯值,降低率达47.6%,并使纸浆白度提高6.4%ISO,同时有助于改善纸浆的强度。通过实验得到较适宜的麦草浆酸性H2O2脱木素条件为:pH值3,H2O2用量1.5%,Na2MoO4用量0.2%,温度90℃,时间1h,浆浓10.0%。 Acidic peroxide dehgnitication of wheat straw pulp catalyzed by sodium molybdate was studied. The influence of the parameteis including pH value, dosages of the catalyst and H2O2, treating temperature, treating time, and consistency on the delignification efficiency was investigated. Wheat straw pulp was delignified efficiently by acidic peroxide treatment catalyzed by molybdate. Kappa number decreased by 47.6% and brightness improved by 6.4% ISO after the treatment. Slightly improved physical properties of the pulp were also obtained.
