Trouble Features and Maintenance Concept of Paper Machine

以造纸正常生产为基础,对纸机的生产性固有故障停机及规律进行了分析,以便在生产性固有故障停机时间内完成设备的保养、维修、改造等检修活动,以此来改善或消除因设备故障停机多占用正常生产的时间。同时,文中还结合设备有效利用率的基本原理,对各类设备维修事件进行了分析,建立了模拟维修区域的理论和保修-项修-大修检修模式,使设备维修和生产统一起来。

Based on the daily nmning of paper machine the inherent trouble shut down in production and its regular pattern were analyzed in order to finish the maintenance, repair and rebuilding of the equipment in the shut down time, therefore to reduce or eliminate the frequent shut down of the paper machine. Meanwhile based on the principle of efficient operating rate, the repair of various equipment was analyzed. The model of maintenaoce, repair and overall repair was estabhshed, it made maintenance conform with production.
