Informatization Planning and Implementation of Hong Kong Disneyland Infrastructure Construction Project

通过对香港迪士尼工程管理难点和应用需求分析,总体规划了信息化方案,在项目成功实施了工程动态管理系统,达到了过程控制、动态管理、信息共享和自动传递的目的,实现协同工作和对工程全过程的实时管理,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

By consideration of the diificulties and application requirements of Hong Kong Disneyland project management, information technology scheme was set out grossly and implemented. A dynamic management system for construction project was successfully applied, which meet the targets of whole process control, dynamic management, information sharing, and automatic transmission. Besides, simultaneous work and real time management throughout whole process of works are also implemented, which achieved good economic and social benefit.
