全面质量管理在香港迪士尼工程中的综合运用

Integrated Application of Total Quality Management in Hong Kong Disneyland Construction Project

以香港迪士尼工程的安全管理实践为基础,提出更好地将全面质量管理应用到建筑工程的安全管理中,分析了以全面质量管理理念为指导,通过安全管理各项职能将安全管理体系落到实处,主要论述了其中所包含的基准化、组织架构、专业技术、评估、培训、过程控制等环节。

Based on safety management of Hong Kong Disneyland project, authors bring forward using the concepts of TQM（total quality management） into safety management of construction project, and analyze leaded by TQM, how to implement the new system through the functions of management including plan, organization, lead and control, mainly refers to the critical points of standardization, organization, professional technology, evaluation, training, process control and so on.
