Optimization of Technology for Flavonoid Extraction from Chrysan themum

本文以响应面分析的方法研究了溶剂浓度、固液比、提取时间对菊花总黄酮的提取效果的影响，并得出了优化的操作条件。

Effect of Solvent concentration, ratio of solid and liquid and extracting time on flavonoid extracting from chrysanthemum were studied with the help of Response Surface Analysis (RSA), Optimum condition for extracting was given.
