专用固定钳在皮下埋植剂取出术中的临床应用

The Clinic Application of the Special Fixing Clamp in Extraction of Norplant

目的:探讨皮下埋植剂硅胶棒专用固定钳的临床应用效果。方法:采用随机分组方法,将受术妇女分为研究组86例,应用皮下埋植剂硅胶棒专用固定钳;对照组88例,应用小弯纹式血管钳。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、皮下埋植剂硅胶棒的断裂率和术后疼痛程度。结果:研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、硅胶棒断裂率均较对照组少(P<0.05),且术后疼痛程度也较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用皮下埋植剂硅胶棒专用固定钳,与小弯纹式血管钳相比,具有安全、简便、省时、出血量少、断裂率低、疼痛轻及组织损伤小等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To evaluate the clinic effectiveness of the special fixing clamp in taking out levonorgestral silastic implant. Methods： 174 patients were divided into two groups randomly. Norplants of 86 patients in the study group were taken out by the special fixing clamp. Nor,plants of 88 patients in the control group were taken away by small curved vascular clamp. The duration of operation, the amount of bleeding, the rupturing rate of Norplants and the degree of pain after operation were compared between two groups. Results： There was shorter duration of operation, less amount of bleeding, lower rupturing rate and less pain in the study group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with the small curved vascular clamp, the special fixing clamp can decrease the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the rupturing rate and alleviate the degree of pain. It is recommended to use.
