集成电导检测流动注射微流控芯片的研究

摘要 探讨了集成电导检测流动注射微流控芯片的设计与制作,研究出了能在普通实验室制作集成电导检测流动注射微流控芯片的方法,自制了集成电导检测微流控芯片,利用氯化钾标液验证了制作电导检测流动注射微流控芯片方法的可靠性,并用该系统测定了阿斯匹林片中乙酰水杨酸含量,证明该微分析系统应用于样品分析的有效性和适用性. Design and fabrication of microfluidic chips with integrated conductivity detection for flow injection analysis was discussed in this paper. The method of fabrication of microfluidic chips with integrated conductivity detection for flow injection analysis that could be made in general laboratory was researched successfully and microfluidic chips with integrated conductivity detection for flow injection analysis was fabricated. The availability of fabrication of microfluidic chips with integrated conductivity detection or flow injection analysis was testified by KCl standard solution. Aspirin was determined with the same microfluidic chips. The validity and applicability that miniaturized analysis system could be used for analysis of sample was proved.
