精胺作为一种新型抗氧化剂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 第一次报道精胺的抗氧化性质的研究结果,并将其和四乙撑五胺,BHA和BHT的抗氧化性能作了比较。发现精胺和四乙撑五胺(直链多胺型)在0.02%-0.08%的范围内均有较强的抗氧化性能,并随其浓度的升高而急剧地升高。酚型抗氧化剂BHA和BHT也有较强的抗氧化性能,但较多胺型的弱。多胺型和酚型抗氧化剂最大的区别在于前者对氢过氧化物有较强的还原能力,而后者没有。四种抗氧化剂的抗氧化能力以下列顺序依次减弱:四乙撑五胺>精胺>BHT>BHA。
