吉西他滨联合长春瑞滨治疗高龄患者晚期非小细胞肺癌 被引量：1

Gemcitabine plus vinorelbine for the treatment of old patients with advenced non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的观察吉西他滨与长春瑞滨联合治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效与不良反应. 方法 30例Ⅲb、Ⅳ期老龄非小细胞肺癌患者,采用吉西他滨联合长春瑞滨方案化疗:吉西他滨0.8～1.0g/m2第1、8d,长春瑞滨25mg/m2第1、8d,每4周为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程. 结果 30例患者完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)9例,稳定(SD)15例,进展(PD)4例,总有效率36.7%(11/30).主要不良反应为骨髓抑制. 结论吉西他滨联合长春瑞滨治疗高龄晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效较好,与其他铂类方案相近,不良反应在可耐受范围内.
