萝卜异质型不育系034A和杂交萝卜“泸萝6号”的选育

Breeding of Alloplasmic Male Sterile Line 034A and Hybrid Species"Lu Luo NO. 6" of Radish

通过萝卜远缘杂交创建不育源,再经过回交转育而选育出异源胞质不育系034A。034A属无花粉型,不育度100％,不育株率98．25％,育性稳定。配制的组合034A／062杂种优势强,每公顷产量44．37t,比对照春不老萝卜增产13．14％。在品比和多点试验中,产量、品质、抗病性、抗逆性均超过对照,2004年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定名为“泸萝6号”。

Alloplasmic male sterile line 034A was breeded by Using method of distant hybridization and backcross. The 034A belong to no pollen type, its male sterile degree was 100%, male sterility rate of plant was 98.25%, and the male sterility is stability. 034A/062 has high hybrid vigor, its yield was 44.37t/hmz, 13.14% higher than the CK （spring not old radish）. Its yield, quality, resistance disease, restistanee adverse circumstance all exceed the CK in verity compare test and in the regional test. It was released for “Lu Luo No.6” by Siehuan Crop Variety Approval Committee of Siehuan province in 2004.
