干旱胁迫对烤烟幼苗生长及抗性生理的影响 被引量:31

摘要 利用大型活动式防雨旱棚,人工控水研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟幼苗生长和抗性生理的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,烤烟幼苗植株的生长和光合作用均受到明显的抑制。植株的生长势消弱.植株干物质积累量减少,根冠比增大。干旱胁迫期间,叶绿素a含量均低于对照.而叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量在胁迫初期较对照有所增加,而后又低于对照,叶绿素a/b值的变化则相反。在土壤干旱进程中,烤烟叶片相对含水量下降迅速,叶片离体保水力随干旱诱导时间的延长降低速率减慢.烟叶可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量呈上升趋势。 Using large moving waterproof installations to regulate different soil water contents strictly, this paper studied effects of drought stress on seeding growth and resistance physiology of early-maturing fluecrued tobacco. The results showed that the photosynthesis and growth were obviously reduced by stress. Compared drought to ck treatment, chlorophyll a content of drought drought treatment decreased in the periods of treatment, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents increased at the treatment, then decreased with decreased with increasing the opposite trend. With the time of drought prolonged, leaf water retention capability descended slowly, the obviously. beginning of drought drought stress, but the ratio of chlorophyll a/b is leaf water relative content descended rapidly, its contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased obviously.
