歙县枇杷产业化的发展与对策

Countermeasure and development of industry of She county Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl.

主要介绍了枇杷的生物学特性和营养价值、药用价值,在分析了歙县枇杷生产现状的基础上,指出了歙县枇杷产业化发展存在的问题,并提出了发展枇杷产业需要通过采取适度规模化生产、合理品种组成、加强产后服务、实现产品深加工和综合利用等对策。

This article aims to make a detailed introduction to the biological characters, nutritional and medical values of the Eriobotryajaponica （Thunb.） Lindl. With reference to the analysis of the situation of Eriobotryajaponica production in She county, some relevant problems in the process of Eriobotryajaponica industrialization are presented in the paper as well. So the large-scale production, a well-arranged species composition, reinforced post-production services, more advanced processing as well as the comprehensive utilizations to the Eriobotrya japonica are well recommended. The biological characters and nutritinonal / medical value of Eriobotryajaponica（Thunb.） Lindl. are introduced .On the base of analyzing the present situation of industry of She county ,The paper points out the problems in the industry of Eriobotrya japonica （Thunb.） Lindl. and presents mostly countermeasure.
