西北地区资源水利与生态环境相关性探析

Study on the Correlation between Resources Water and Ecological Environment in West China

人口增长和社会经济发展对水资源需求日益增长并使水环境恶化。水资源的可持续发展成为西北地区经济社会可持续发展的战略重点。针对制约西北地区可持续发展的背景因素,选取水资源作为主导因子．通过分析区域内水资源的现状和特征,认为西北地区应实现资源水利为发展导向的应对方案。

The increase of population and development of social economy have caused an increasing need for water resource and have deteriorated the water environment. The sustained development of water resource now has become the strategy priority of the sustained development of social economy in West China. Based on the factors that restrict the sustained development in West China, the study selected the water resource as key factor and through the analysis of actuality and characteristic of water resource that region, the conclusion was drawn as a countermeasure that take the resources water as developing orientation should be realized in West China.
