抗虫杂交棉纤维品质生态效应及聚类分析

摘要 2002年,在湖南长沙、宁乡、南县、澧县以及安徽铜陵、江苏扬州、山东临清等7个地点.对12个杂交亲本以及包括对照中29在内共37个抗虫杂交组合进行了纤维品质比较试验.对试验所得纤维品质数据,用Excel、DPS等专业统计软件对杂交亲本、杂交组合及生态点进行聚类分析。结果表明:12个亲本被分为3个类群,第一类包括5个亲本(A1、A6、A3、B7、B11),第二类包括5个亲本(A2、B8、A5、B9、B12),第三类包括2个亲本(A4和B10);37个杂交组合(品种)被分为4个类群:7个试验地点被分为2大区,即长江流域以南棉区和长江以北棉区,长江以北棉区麦克隆值、均匀指数、气纱品质性状明显优于长江以南棉区,而位于长江以南的各试验点在比强度、整齐度、短纤维指数等性状方面要整体优于长江以北棉区。 The trial were conducted in seven ecological spots such as Changsha County, Ningxiang County, Nan Xian County, Lixian County of Hunan Province, Tangling City of Annuli Province, Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province and Linqing City of Shandong Province in 2002, used 12 cross parents and 37 hybrid crosses including CK as studying materials, cluster analysis were carried though based on trial data of fiber quality characteristics recur to Excel and DPS, two kinds of professional statistical software. The results are as follows: Twelve cross parents were divided into three groups, the first group includes five parents (separately is A1, A6, A3, B7 and Bll), another five parents (separately is A2, B8, AS, B9 and B12) are ineluded in the second group and the third group includes two cross parents, A4 and B10; Likewise, 37 hybrids were clustered into 4 groups; Sever ecological spots were included into 2 groups, all spots in the first group lie in the south side of Yangtse river and the others lie in the north side. Micronair, SCI and CSP of the former are better than that of the latter; oppositely, Strength, uniformity degree and SFI of the latter are better than that of the former.
