摘要
采用Pekar变分法研究了量子阱线中强耦合磁极化子回旋共振频率随温度变化的关系.对于不同的限制强度,计算了磁极化子在基态和激发态的结合能随温度上升而下降的规律.回旋共振频率随温度上升而增大.
The authors have studied the temperature dependence on the cyclotron-resonance frequency of a strong-coupling magnetopolaron in the quantum well wire with the use the variation method of Pekar type. Based on the calculation the different confinement strengths, ω0y, ω0z and magnetic field, the numerical results show that the binding energies of magnetopolaron in both ground state and excited state decrease with the temperature. But, the cyclotronresonance frequency increases with the temperature. Its justification awaits further experimental results.
