摘要
通过分析沥青混凝土摊铺机液压行驶驱动系统的动态特性,找出其动态参数之间的关系,并对摊铺机的动态工作过程进行探讨,得出改善摊铺机液压行驶驱动系统动态特性的方法。结果表明,在摊铺机液压行驶驱动系统的设计过程中,选用转动惯量小、泄漏小的液压马达,选用排量梯度大、转速高、泄漏小的液压泵,避免使用长管、软管,均有利于摊铺机液压行驶驱动系统动态调速性能的改善和动态速度刚度的提高。
Based on the dynamical analysis of hydraulic drive system of concrete-asphalt paver, the interrelations among dynamic parameters of the paver are established, and the dynamical working process is explored. The methods for improving its dynamical characteristics are given. It is beneficial for improving its dynamical velocity adjustment characteristics and increasing its hydraulic velocity rigidity that the hydraulic drive system is designed by using the motor with small rotational inertia and little leakage, the pump with large displacement grade, high rotational velocity and little leakage,and the pipe with short length and high rigidity. 3 figs, 8 refs.
