摘要
利用差示扫描量热法研究了石蜡微胶囊壁材的性能,测定结果表明,石蜡微胶囊能够承受110℃至室温的冻融循环16次,脲醛树脂用作石蜡微胶囊的壁材具有良好的热稳定性、密封性,甲苯容易透过脲醛树脂壁材上存在的微孔将石蜡萃取出来,因而石蜡微胶囊不能用于芳香族溶剂存在的场合。
The properties of urea - formaldehyde resin as a wall in microenacapsulated paraffin are investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that, the urea - formaldehyde resin can endure 16 cycles of congealing - riaehing cycle from room temperature to 110℃. The urea - formaldehyde resin as wall material possesses good thermal stability and is paraffin - proof, but the wall can be penetrated by toluene causing the extraction of paraffin, so, it can not be used in the presence of aromatic solvent.
