摘要
用微分电容曲线、极化曲线、恒电流沉积和微分脉冲极谱分析等方法,研究了PZ组合添加剂对铅-锌合金共沉积的作用机理.结果表明,PZ组合添加剂对铅电沉积的较强的阻化作用,是产生铅-锌共沉积的根本原因.镀层组成与电流密度及溶液组成的关系可定量地用一经验方程表示.
The effects of the PZ copostite additives on the co-deposition of Pb-Zn alloys were studied by polyarization curves,differential capactiy curves electrode position and dfferential on Pb than to that of Zn play the key role in the co-deposition of Pb and ZnThe relationship of Zn contents of the deposits with the current dencities and the electrolyte concentrations can be expressed by an experiential formula from curve fitting on computer:Zn(wt%)=-27.8+1.37[Zn ̄(2+)]/[Pb ̄(2+)]+36.4log(i/mA·cm(-2) (pH7,60℃,10~100mA·cm(-2)
