OVERALL PLAN OF LAND UTILIZATION IN NANBU COUNTY

在对南部县土地利用现状、存在问题、利用潜力分析的基础上，提出了全县土地利用规划的目标和方针，规定了土地利用结构和布局调整及土地利用分区用地指标，制定了实施规划的政策和措施．

The sketch plan analyses the present condition,existing pro blems and potentials in using land in Nanbu County.Based on the analysis the sketch puts forward the goal and guiding principle in planning and using the land in the county,in line with which it delineates the mappong out of the land utilization structure and arrangement as well as regional land utilization guotas.The policies and measures for a successful implementation of theplan are also made.
