近年来我们在人生观教育上投入了大量的精力,但所取得的成效却不尽人意。来自生涯辅导的教学实践表明,人生观教育要真正收到实效,就必须与真实鲜活的生活情境融为一体。只有将大学生的个人发展规划与人生观教育有机地结合在一起,才能引发他们对人生的主动探索与深入思考,并通过个体与社会之间的良性互动来促进个人的发展与社会的进步。

In the recent years, we made great effort on the education of the student the view, but the result was not perfect. The teaching practice from the life career guidance shows us that if the education is successful , we must integrate the education with the life background. To improve the students＇ active probing and deep thinking, it is necessary for us to make the individual plan and the life view education connected organizationally. Therefore, we can achieve the ideal interaction between the development of the individual and the progress of the society.
