Ivezic′s Lorentz non invariance of macroscopic charge and new theoretic structure of electrical neutrality are analysed. Tt is pointed out that Ivezic's view lacks completeness and fullness theoretically viewed from generalized theory of electrical neutrality adaptable condition of charge invariance and non simultaneous of measurements.
